Y nod yw codi ymwybyddiaeth o\u2019r gwasanaethau hynny a\u2019i gwneud yn haws cael gafael arnynt.<\/p>\n
Mae\u2019r Cod yn nodi\u2019r gwasanaethau a\u2019r cymorth y gall pobl awtistig ddisgwyl eu cael yn eu cymunedau lleol. Bydd canllawiau cysylltiedig yn rhoi gwybod i bobl awtistig, eu rhieni a\u2019u gofalwyr am y cymorth sydd ar gael iddyn nhw ac yn codi ymwybyddiaeth o\u2019u hanghenion i wella ansawdd eu bywydau.<\/p>\n
Y bwriad yw y bydd y Cod yn dod i rym ar 1 Medi 2021 ac y bydd yn cael ei gefnogi gan gynllun cyflawni wedi\u2019i ddiweddaru ar gyfer y strategaeth awtistiaeth bresennol.<\/p>\n
Ar gyfer 2021-22 mae Llywodraeth Cymru wedi ymrwymo \u00a3143,500 i gefnogi\u2019r Strategaeth Awtistiaeth, gan gynnwys \u00a3126,500 ar gyfer y T\u00eem Awtistiaeth Cenedlaethol, \u00a328,000 ar gyfer Byrddau Partneriaeth Rhanbarthol i baratoi ar gyfer gweithredu\u2019r Cod Ymarfer Statudol a \u00a34,000 i gefnogi\u2019r gwaith parhaus o ymgysylltu \u00e2 rhanddeiliaid.<\/p>\n
Mae \u00a3120,000 hefyd wedi\u2019i ddarparu ar gyfer adolygiad galw a chapasiti o\u2019r holl wasanaethau niwroddatblygiadol i ganfod bylchau yn y ddarpariaeth a chefnogi datblygiad gwasanaethau cynaliadwy.
\nMae hyn ar ben \u00a33 miliwn arall sy\u2019n cael ei fuddsoddi yn y Gwasanaeth Awtistiaeth Integredig cenedlaethol ym mlwyddyn ariannol 2021-22.<\/p>\n
Mae\u2019r Cod a\u2019r canllawiau wedi\u2019u datblygu mewn partneriaeth agos \u00e2 phobl awtistig, eu rhieni a\u2019u gofalwyr, yn ogystal \u00e2 sefydliadau\u2019r trydydd sector, ymarferwyr a gwasanaethau sy\u2019n darparu cymorth.<\/p>\n
Dywedodd y Gweinidog Iechyd Meddwl a Llesiant, Eluned Morgan:<\/p>\n
“Mae angen inni greu cymdeithas fwy caredig a sensitif a all ymateb yn gadarnhaol a chefnogi pobl awtistig, eu teuluoedd a\u2019u gofalwyr.<\/p>\n
Wrth ddatblygu\u2019r Cod a\u2019r canllawiau, rydyn ni wedi ymgysylltu\u2019n helaeth ac yn gyson \u00e2\u2019r gymuned awtistig oherwydd ein dyhead i glywed eu barn nhw a deall beth sy\u2019n bwysig iddyn nhw. Bydd yn gwella ansawdd y gwasanaethau cymorth a gynigir ac yn codi ymwybyddiaeth o\u2019r hyn sydd ar gael iddyn nhw.<\/p>\n
