{"id":9931,"date":"2020-09-29T12:03:47","date_gmt":"2020-09-29T12:03:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autismwales.org\/news\/croeso-in-gwefan-newydd\/"},"modified":"2020-10-01T10:42:50","modified_gmt":"2020-10-01T10:42:50","slug":"croeso-in-gwefan-newydd","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/neurodivergencewales.org\/cy\/news\/croeso-in-gwefan-newydd\/","title":{"rendered":"Croeso i\u2019n gwefan newydd!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ddydd Mawrth 29 Medi 2020, lansiodd y T\u00eem Awtistiaeth Cenedlaethol eu gwefan newydd sbon sef AwtistiaethCymru.org\/AutismWales.org (ASDinfoWales.co.uk gynt).<\/p>\n<p>Er bod y wefan flaenorol yn un adnabyddus a sefydledig, ac yn darparu gwybodaeth ac adnoddau defnyddiol i bobl awtistig, eu teuluoedd, rhieni\/gofalwyr, gweithwyr proffesiynol a\u2019r cyhoedd, teimlai\u2019r T\u00eem Awtistiaeth Cenedlaethol ei bod yn bryd i\u2019r wefan gael ei hadfywio.<\/p>\n<p>Rhwng Hydref 2019 a Ionawr 2020, rhannodd y T\u00eem Awtistiaeth Cenedlaethol arolwg ar-lein yn gofyn i ddefnyddwyr y wefan, budd-ddeiliaid allweddol a rhwydweithiau am adborth am y wefan www.ASDinfoWales.co.uk. \u00a0Derbyniwyd llawer o ymateb i\u2019r arolwg gan bobl awtistig, rhieni \/ gofalwyr a gweithwyr proffesiynol. \u00a0Cadarnhaodd yr adborth bod lle i wella o ran profiad y defnyddiwr a gwelywio\u2019r safle, a bod angen diweddaru rhywfaint o\u2019r cynnwys.<\/p>\n<p>Ar ddechrau 2020, cwblhaodd y T\u00eem Awtistiaeth Cenedlaethol broses gaffael a chomisiynodd ddarparwr gwefan newydd. \u00a0Yn ystod mis Ebrill \/ Mai 2020, sefydlodd y T\u00eem Awtistiaeth Cenedlaethol Fwrdd Prosiect a dau Gr\u0175p Budd-Ddeiliaid \u2013 un ar gyfer cynnwys a\u2019r llall ar gyfer profi. Sicrhaodd y cyfarfodydd hyn bod datblygiad y wefan newydd yn cynnwys barn a lleisiau pobl awtistig, rhieni \/ gofalwyr a gweithwyr proffesiynol a oedd yn gyfarwydd iawn \u00e2\u2019r hen wefan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Newidiadau a wnaethom&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Parth gwefan newydd<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yn dilyn adborth rheolaidd gan bobl awtistig yng Nghymru a oedd yn dweud bod \u201cmodel cymdeithasol\u201d anabledd yn fwy priodol i oedolion awtistig na\u2019r model meddygol ar \u00f4l cael diagnosis, roedd llawer o bobl yn teimlo bod yn well ganddynt y term \u201cawtistiaeth\u201d na\u2019r term &#8220;ASD\u201d. \u00a0Gan hynny, adolygwyd y brand ac enw parth y wefan ac fe brynom barthau ar gyfer AutismWales.org \/ AwtistiaethCymru.org, ar \u00f4l iddynt gael eu cymeradwyo gan y Gr\u0175p Budd-Ddeiliad, y Bwrdd Prosiect a\u2019r Bwrdd Rheoli Cenedlaethol.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gwe-lywio i ddefnyddwyr<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mae gwelywio&#8217;r wefan wedi gwella ac mae bellach hyd yn oed yn fwy hygyrch i \u00a0amryw o declynnau. Mae hefyd mor bwysig bod y wybodaeth ar gael mewn ffurf hygyrch. R\u00f4l y Gr\u0175p Rhanddeiliaid Cynnwys oedd edrych ar y ffordd yr oedd defnyddwyr yn llywio&#8217;r wefan. Cryfder y Gr\u0175p fu&#8217;r ystod o aelodaeth. Nid yw&#8217;n ddigon da poblogi gr\u0175p o&#8217;r fath gyda gweithwyr proffesiynol. Mae&#8217;n hanfodol bod y rhai sydd \u00e2 phrofiad byw o&#8217;r cyflwr, a all ddweud a yw rhywbeth yn gweithio, yn cael eu cynnwys yn y broses. Yn syml iawn, nid oes unrhyw faint o hyfforddiant na phrofiad yn cyfateb yn llwyr \u00e2 mewnwelediad unigolion awtistig eu hunain, ac mae wedi bod yn gymaint o fraint cael gweithio gyda nhw.
