E.g Ticket Source to support training events, Microsoft package, and Intuit Quick books<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Where is your data held:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Data is held on a server that resides behind a dedicated Cisco ASA5505 firewall with McAfee anti-virus in a UKAS ISO27001:2013 accredited environment.<\/li>\n<li>These databases are maintained, and your data will be deleted after an 8 year period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your rights:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With regards to your stored data your rights include the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your right of access &#8211; You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.<\/li>\n<li>Your right to rectification &#8211; You have the right to ask us to rectify information you think is inaccurate.
