For people who find group-based activities difficult, consider an individually delivered social learning programme.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Social learning programmes should typically include:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">modelling<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">peer feedback (for group-based programmes) or individual feedback (for individually delivered programmes)<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">discussion and decision-making<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">explicit
