Researchers at Cardiff University <\/strong>want to find out how restrictions like social distancing are affecting the mental health and wellbeing of autistic adults.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

We hope this research will help services to support autistic adults during this difficult time.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Who can take part?<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

If you are aged 18 or over and living in the United Kingdom, Cardiff University would love to hear from you.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

They would like to involve both autistic people, and people without an autism diagnosis, as they plan to compare answers from these two groups.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

What do I need to do?<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

You will be sent a short online survey to fill out every two weeks for a period of three months.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Most of these surveys are very short and should only take 5 minutes to complete. The first survey is a bit longer and will take 20-30 minutes.<\/p>\n
